Standard hydraulic assemblies


Watz Hydraulik planning and produces hydraulic assemblies for a wide variety of different application areas. The product range extends from compact mini drive units with a 2.5 litre tank volume up to modular drive assemblies with 1,500 litre tank volumes.

 
Special assemblies with a tank volume of up to 32,000 litres are also included in our range – in many different versions and, of course, all manufactured to international norms and standards.

 

Compact mini assemblies

Properties:

  • Steel oil tanks with a nominal size (NG) of 2.5 to 7 litres
  • Complete hydraulic control system integrable in the control block
  • External attachment of valve linking
  • Broad range of applications

Modular small-sized assemblies

Properties:

  • Aluminium oil tanks with a nominal size (NG) of 7 to 130 Liter
  • Use of constant-delivery and variable-capacity pumps
  • Compact design and high precision
  • Clear, maintenance-friendly configuration

Modular drive assemblies

Properties:

  • Steel oil tanks with a nominal size (NG) of 63 to 1.500 Liter
  • Basic assemblies with pump and motor group, oil reservoir accessories,
  • return-flow filter, float switch and thermostat
  • Modular construction of control system, accumulator and cooling system

Specialty assemblies to customer requirements

Properties:

  • Oil reservoirs to DIN 24339 made of steel or stainless steel with a rated quantity of 63 to 1,500 litres
  • Specialty reservoirs according to customer requirements with up to 32,000 litres including strength analysis, material certificates and test certificates according to national and international standards, such as DIN, ASME and API
  • With partitions and calming baffles
  • Separate pump and motor groups
  • Complex control blocks with proprietary design according to customer requirements
  • Individual configuration of pumps, controller, accumulator, filter, etc.
